Custom orders Terms & Conditions

Lead Time:
All custom instrument builds are currently subject to an estimated lead time of approximately six (6) weeks from order confirmation to shipping. This timeframe is provided as a general guideline and is subject to change based on material availability, production scheduling, and other factors that may impact manufacturing. Metal Kindred Guitars reserves the right to adjust lead times without prior notice. We are committed to transparency and will communicate any significant delays or changes to your order status as promptly as possible.

Deposit Requirement:
Custom builds require a minimum deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total purchase price at the time of order. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to shipment. Failure to complete payment may result in delays or cancellation of the order.

Final Sale & Refund Policy:
All sales are considered final. Any request for refund, return, or cancellation is subject to the terms outlined in our official Refund Policy. We encourage customers to review this policy carefully prior to purchase.

Fulfillment Window:
Once a custom instrument is completed and ready to ship, the customer will have ninety (90) calendar days to fulfill the remaining payment and complete the terms of the agreement. If the customer fails to do so within this window, Metal Kindred Guitar & Bass reserves the right to restock the instrument and retain the original deposit as a non-refundable restocking fee.

By placing a custom build order, you acknowledge and accept these terms in full.
