Shipping policy

Shipping Rate:
All orders are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $150 USD, applied at checkout. This rate covers secure packaging, full insurance, and tracked delivery for your custom-built instrument.

Shipping Timeline:
Custom builds typically ship within six (6) weeks of order confirmation, depending on material availability and production scheduling. Once your instrument is complete and final payment has been received, we will prepare and ship your order promptly. You will receive a tracking number and shipping confirmation via email.

Shipping Methods:
We ship via trusted carriers with full insurance and tracking. Signature may be required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.

International Shipping:
At this time, international shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss options, rates, and customs requirements.

Damage or Loss:
All shipments are insured. If your instrument arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you are supported throughout the claims process.
